Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has assured that he wants to ensure protection of integrity of elections, mentioning that he knows the importance of the upcoming polls in countries, including India.
On Tuesday, Zuckerberg appeared before US Senate where he answered the questions in 10-hours long meet. He apologised on behalf of his company for privacy breaches, promised change and enlisted the steps the social media giant is taking to stem the rot.
Zuckerberg said, “I think that you would probably agree that we should remove terrorist propaganda from the service. So that, I agree, I think it is clearly bad activity that we want to get down. And we’re generally proud of how well we do with that.”
