India’s most awaited film, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is released. And this film ranked Prabhas at a top level. Prabhas as Baahubali worked so fine and with dedication that we have no words to praise him.
Prabhas is playing both roles of father and his son in the film as Amarendra Baahubali and Mahendra Baahubali. The national award winner Baahubali film is spreading its magic with Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. It is bigger, better and still I can say, no words to describe this film.
Prabhas dedicated his 5-years to the only Baahubali film series. Absolutely, it is not an easy ride. In Baahubali 2, we saw Prabhas as Amarendra Baahubali, his journey and love life.
Either it is war scenes or stunts, people love Prabhas more and more as he has given his performance more than expectations. He has nailed it.
Now let’s take a look at Prabhas’ journey for Baahubali….
Prabhas gained 20 Kg weight for his role as Amarendra Baahubali. To build a body for the character of Amarendra Baahubali, Prabhas consumed 40 egg whites daily in his breakfast.
At his home, He has brought gym equipment of Rs 1.5 Crore. He has gym set up in his garden as he loves natural environment.
He also goes for cycling and running. He loves to play volleyball.
Unlike many actors, he didn’t appoint a foreign trainer for his body building but he works with his local trainer.
He took inspiration from WWE wrestlers. He studied their workout sessions, imbibing their mindset and body language to build body.
Baahubali Prabhas works out for 6 hours daily from the early morning.
First he goes under one and half hours of Cardio.
Then in the evening, he spends time for strengthening his muscles, for that he lifts weight for one and half hours.
He takes a meal at every two hours. His daily dish includes fish, egg whites, vegetables and almonds.
He does not take rice. While shooting for Baahubali, he was taking around 2000 to 4000 calories a day.
