Hydrate and hydrate yourself. Drink a plenty of water even if you don’t feel thirsty.
Eat fruits and vegetables which are rich in water such as watermelon, cucumber, lettuce, and others.
Keep all the food properly stored in refrigeration which needs cooling more.
It is better to avoid excess alcohol as it can lead to dehydration.
