Sip 2 – 3 spoons of honey in a day, it will give relief in cough.
Add honey to ginger juice and mix well. Then drink this mixture, it will help you in cough.
Roast the garlic and then unfold it. It is one of the best remedy for cough. It also helps in TB.
Take Basil juice, ginger juice and add honey to it. Sip or lick this solution for few days, it will remove cough.
Make a paste of cardamom, rock salt, ghee and honey. Sip it.
If you are having cough for long time, then eat 4 to 5 dates and then drink warm water over it. It will surely get rid you of old cough.
Make a mixture of ginger juice and lemon juice. Add rock salt to it. Drink it before your meal.

A simple cough syrup can be made by combining two tablespoons of lemon juice and one tablespoon of honey. Drink this healthy syrup several times a day.
