Recently Ford revealed its 2018 Ford Mustang Convertible. This new Mustang Convertible will have a 2.3 liter EcoBoost Four Cylinder and 5.0-liter V8 engine. Coupe and Convertible, both cars can get 10-speed automatic transmission which is co-developing with General Motors.
Ford Mustang convertible has the same look like Coupe. 2018 Mustang will have a freshly designed front angled headlights, a new grille shape and lowered top. It will also more safety features like Pre-collision assist, active exhaust, customize sound and more.
All new Ford Mustang Convertible will have a digital instrument cluster for the first time ever. There is a 12-inch LCD which is optional and it is completely configurable. It also allows to set three driving modes, normal, Sport and track.
Ford Mustang 2017 and its predecessors are having 3.7-liter V6 engines. Now the new 2018 Ford Mustang’s entry level model will have turbocharged 2.3-liter EcoBoost four cylinder.
Convertible Mustang will use both direct and port fuel-injection system which will give more power and mileage. Mustang will have a six-speed manual transmission or a new 10-speed automatic gearbox.
This 10-speed gearbox helps boost the Mustang’s fuel economy while improving low-speed acceleration. Ford will reveal its pricing and booking details after revealing on-sale date.
It’s the way it feels when you wrap your hand around the wheel. The power. The rush that lasts long after you park it. Like we said, it’s a Mustang.
2018 Ford Mustang will drive 20’’ Premium painted aluminum wheel. Apart from this aluminum wheel, Mustang will have 8 other options for wheel.
Well, Ford Mustang Convertible will have new color variants as well. The LED tri-bar taillamps with sequential turn signals have become a signature design element of the Mustang.
These new LED headlamps are standard issue and use less power than the previous HIDs around 30% less.
The Mustang GT Premium boasts standard leather-trimmed front seats that can be heated or cooled for the ultimate in climate control.
