Australia Scores Highest T20 Runs against Sri Lanka

This is the highest in the history of T20 International Cricket.

The last top score was 260, which was created by Sri Lanka in 2007, playing against Kenya. Glenn Maxwell fired a blistering 145 not out as Australia posted a world record 263 against Sri Lanka team.

Maxwell hit 14 fours and 9 sixes during his 65-ball stay to help Australia team break a nine-year record held by Sri Lanka, who scored 260/6 against Kenya in 2007. The raging hit was a delight for fans across the globe, who were stuck to the first of the two-match T20 series.
