Home Minister Rajnath Singh is at SAARC Conference in Pakistan. Rajnath Singh addressed SAARC Conference meet in Islamabad on Thursday, 4th August 2016. Pakistan blacked out Rajnath Singh’s Speech.

Rajnath Singh said “terrorism is terrorism” and “there should be no glorification of terrorists as martyrs.”

Indian Media was not allowed to cover Rajnath Singh’s speech at the South Association for Regional Cooperation meeting. Indian media and Pakistan’s private television news channels were barred from broadcasting Rajnath Singh’s speech.

Rajnath Singh skipped the lunch at the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) conference. Also Pakistan’s Home Minister Chaudhary Nisar, who was host this conference, did not attend the lunch.

In SAARC meeting, Rajnath Singh called for strict action against terrorism and countries supporting it, and he also said that, terrorist should not be glorified as “martyrs”.

Rajnath Singh also said that in this meeting, “There should be strict action not only against terrorists but also take strict action against organisations, individuals and nation who support terror.”

The Indian Home Minister was specially hinting at Pakistan, Hafiz Saeed and his outfit Jamaat-ud-Dawah, which is connected to terrorist group Lashkar-e-Toiba.

Asian News International (ANI) reported that Rajnath’s press conference at the New Delhi airport scheduled for 4th August 2016 has also cancelled.
