India’s most wanted terrorist and Underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim reportedly has a crippling form of gangrene in his legs. Dawood was behind the 1993 Bombay serial blasts. The Doctors said that the gangrene was due to loss of effective blood supply to his legs as a result of high BP and blood sugar.
According to some reports, Ibrahim’s health is reported to be deteriorating by the day. His Doctors said that gangrene is at such an advance level that his legs may have to be amputated.
This Gangrene was developed three months ago. The Gangrene was developed after he suffered an injury to his left foot while taking a morning walk near his upscale residence in Karachi. His leg may be fitted with a prosthesis, or artificial limb from a hospital in Beijing, to replace the missing body part.
In December last year, reports had said that Dawood was all set to retire on his 60th birthday in that month and was expected to announce his succession plan. However, no successor has been named as of yet. Ibrahim is wanted criminal in India for allegedly masterminding the 1993 serial bomb blasts in Mumbai, in which 257 people died.
Dawood along with Tiger Memon and Yakub Memon had orchestrated 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. Last year, Yakub Memon was hanged to death after court found him guilty in the case. Both Dawood and Tiger are still rooming free.
However, his deputy Chhota Shakeel said that, “Aapki agencies ke pass galat khabar hai. Ye sab rumours hain. Bhai bilkul fit hain. Sehatmand hain (Your agencies have wrong information. Dawood is perfectly fit).”
