Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited to Gujarat’s Kutch district for all India police conference. High security measures put in place for an all India top police officials. PM Narendra Modi is at the Kutch trip for days for DG Conference. The inauguration of the conference was done by Narendra Modi. He also enjoyed the beautiful scenario of Sun shining in the sky in Safed Rann (white desert) at Kutch district Dordo.
After this he also attended Culture programs. He also enjoyed the ride of Camel and saw the camel show organized Bordered Security Force (BSF). Along with this Prime Minister Narendra Modi was with Home Minister Rajnath Singh as he also attended this conference. He gave his presence at the inauguration of conference with PM Modi.
The conference is going to be held at Dhordo, a bulletproof tent has been set up for PM Modi. PM will spend two days here in the tent. As the place is so close to the border with Pakistan, special arrangements were made for PM’s security. Anti – aircraft guns have been placed around the city. That area have been declared as no – flying zone.
PM Modi will be spending 48 hours with all police personnel for the first time. At the meeting some key topics will be discussed at the meeting like youth, perceived ‘intolerance’, cyber security, threat from ISIS and the role of social media. Top cops barring DGPs from Uttar Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir will be attending the conference.
The Rann of Kutch festival was started by PM Modi. This was the ninth visit to Kutch. This year approx. eight lakh tourist will visit the festival.
