Here we have one more Gujarati dish or snack ‘Bhel’ recipe. Bhel is a crispy, soft, sweet, tangy, spicy mixture of many edibles. You can make it in 15 minutes only. Bhel or Bhel Sanjoli is one of the famous Indian street food. It is also taken as a snack.

How to Make Bhel Sanjoli/ Bhel?:
- 500 grams puffed rice (વઘારેલા મમરા)
- Nylon Sev – 1 Bowl (નાયલોન સેવ)
- 200 gm Potatoes
- 100 gm chopped onion
- 300 gm wheat flour (For Making Puri)
- Salt as per taste
- Green Chutney (ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander, salt)
- Dates Chutney (Khajoor Chutney)
Procedure to make Bhel sanjoli:
First of all fry puffed rice into 3 teaspoon oil.
Take a big Bowl so that you can mix well all the ingredients. Add boiled potatoes, onions and fine sev then mixed in.
Then add salt in wheat flour and made tight dough.
Now mix up coriander and Khajoor Chutney and green chutney as per your taste. After that add the puffed rice in the mixed ingredients. Your bhel is almost ready.
If you are making BHEL SANJOLI then follow the given steps:
Now made 2 Puri from the dough. Put one puri and stuff the dough on it and close it with the second puri. Fix both the Puris by applying little water on the border of that puri. Now fry that Puri till it becomes light brown.
Now serve it with sauce in serving plate.
